SHIPPING POLICY
  • Ground Shipping via UPS or USPS usually arrives within 10 business days.
  • Express shipping available via UPS usually arrives within 5 business days.

Unless express shipping is requested, we ship all items via our ground shipping vendors. Most shipments will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 10 business days. We will ship via the United States Post Office to PO boxes, APO boxes and certain northwestern US addresses.

Shipping charges are based on weight and distance.

In most cases we are able to ship orders complete within 2 business day's. However, if we are out of stock on an item, the customer has the choice to hold the order until all items have been received or to receive their order in two separate shipments.

RETURN POLICY
No refunds without receipt.  No returns or exchanges after 30 days.   No returns or exchanges on Ty product, layaways or sale merchandise.   No Hallmark or Power Pass certificates/coupons can be used on sale/discounted merchandise.   NO RETURNS ON HALLMARK CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS after December 25 of each year.
