Listed below are our store's shipping and return policies. If you have any questions, please utilize the 'Contact Us' page to make your inquiry.

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Ground Shipping via UPS or USPS usually arrives within 10 business days.
  • Express shipping available via UPS usually arrives within 5 business days.

Unless express shipping is requested, we ship all items via our ground shipping vendors. Most shipments will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 10 business days. We will ship via the United States Post Office to PO boxes, APO boxes and certain northwestern US addresses.

Shipping charges are based on weight and distance.

In most cases we are able to ship orders complete within 2 business day's. However, if we are out of stock on an item, the customer has the choice to hold the order until all items have been received or to receive their order in two separate shipments.

RETURN POLICY
When making a return or exchange, please include your name and address along with instructions (i.e. please credit my account, I would like to make an exchange, etc). You may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise you ordered. Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective, when the merchandise was damaged during shipping, or if Parade of Gifts made an error in shipment. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the postage required to return the merchandise to Parade of Gifts.
